Refund & Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and are provided at the discretion of The Pearl Key.
