Terms & Conditions

By booking services with The Pearl Key, you agree to the following terms.

Quotations are provided on the set fee. Additional charges may apply where the requirements of the property differ significantly from those described.

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and ensuring valuable or fragile items are secured prior to our visit.

A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings for deep cleans, move in/move out and commercial cleaning services. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Remaining payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

Payment must be made directly to The Pearl Key. Payments made to individual cleaners are not authorised and will not be recognised by the company.

The Pearl Key reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

While every care is taken when providing our services, The Pearl Key cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
